Is Your Dog Bored at Home While You Work?

Our Zoomies Adventures are designed to give your dog the ultimate combo of enrichment, socialisation, and basic manners practice while having a tail-wagging good time. Each outing is structured to help your dog come home calmer, more fulfilled and better behaved. Our packs are filled with 2 to 8 carefully matched Zoomers so that every dog gets the space to learn, play safely and receive our full attention. By maintaining a calm, controlled environment, we set the stage for real learning and positive social experiences. Adventures run twice a day, Monday through Thursday, across Cromwell, Clyde, Alexandra, Kingston & Queenstown.

Each session includes:

  • Pick-up and drop-off service

  • Around one hour of mostly off-leash fun

  • Dog-friendly tracks and open spaces to explore

Frequently Asked Questions

How many dogs walk together on an adventure?
An adventure can take anywhere from 2 - 8 pups depending on the day. Our packs are carefully curated for safety and behavioural reasons.

Do you walk in various weather conditions?
Yes. Rain and cold weather are no problem with the right equipment! If a walk is scheduled, count on it taking place. If for any reason we need to cancel an adventure, you will receive a text message prior to pick up time.

What locations do the adventures take place?
Location is dependent on how many dogs are attending, the location of pick ups and drop offs, the weather and personalities of pups in the pack. Our goal is always to go somewhere that promotes our packs practicing good behaviour and being able to run free safely.

What is used for transport?
Your pup will be transported in one of our Zoomies vans fully equipped with air conditioning, heat, crates, clips and a front seat for those who get van scaries!

What happens in case of an emergency?
Our staff is PET First Aid trained. A first aid kit is kept in the van at all times. If necessary, dogs will be taken to their local nearest vet.

What if one of the dogs on the adventure is deemed reactive and could be dangerous to another dog or the public?
If this happens this dog will not be able to attend any further adventures. Safety of all dogs, handlers and members of the public is priority.

Our Mission

After working with hundreds of dogs across the world, our founder Lisa Telle discovered one thing was always true: Dogs thrive when their training, adventure and nutrition needs are met in a way that feels natural, respectful and fun. Zoomies was born from that belief. Since then Lisa has built a team of empathetic, intuitive trainers who share her commitment to improving the well-being, behaviour and happiness of every dog we meet. Our mission is to help dogs and their humans build a life they genuinely love together: one that strengthens the bond, nurtures trust and honours the unique relationship you share. We’re here to walk alongside you, educate and empower you and celebrate the joy of living in sync with your dog.

We post a video to capture each adventure!
